RE: the excellent letter from Dave Goldsbrough and the irony of the evolution event hosted by two churches in Malvern.
As a Christian, it is for the reasons which Mr Goldsbrough mentions in his letter that I believe in the Biblical God of Creation.
The God who not only created the world and everything in it by the power of his word but also created us in his own image.
What could be more revelant to today’s troubled and uncertain world than a God who gives us the purpose for life; loves us unconditionally; gives us the opportunity of forgiveness of the past and a new start; gives hope for the future, guidance through problems and troubles, comfort in our sorrows and has promised to be with us always.
