LEDBURY'S latest company, Galebreaker, will formally take possession of the former Dickinsons premises on Friday, August 1.

Ledbury mayor Keith Francis will be asked to cut the red ribbon to welcome the former Forest of Dean company to town The firm has moved many of its workers over from Gloucestershire but has already taken on three new staff to deal with an increase in orders.

The family-owned business specialises in providing indoor and outdoor windbreaks for industrial use.

The firm was attracted to Ledbury because the former Dickinsons building offered more floor space.

Company spokesperson, Jeanette Kerr said: “The 40,000 square feet allows Galebreaker to amalgamate its two previous sites into one.”

The new premises also offers a demonstration suite where customers, dealers and distributors will be able to see the full range of products on offer and even attend training sessions.
