TWO men were arrested, and drugs and thousands of pounds in cash were seized in Ledbury this week.
Police raided a property at Oatleys Crescent on Wednesday (July 30) and seized the cash, a quantity of cannabis bush and cannabis resin, and drugs-related equipment. Bank records were also seized.
The raid was carried out by uniformed officers executing a search warrant.
The men in the property were arrested on suspicion of supplying drugs and are currently on police bail whilst forensic tests are carried out on the items seized.
A woman who called at the property whilst police were there also received a formal caution for cannabis possession.
Sgt Alex Warner, who led the operation, said: "The execution of this latest drugs warrant maintains our impetus in tackling drugs dealers in South Herefordshire.
"Two cannabis cultivation operations were dismantled by police in Ross in July when we raided two addresses in the town. We want local drug dealers to know that the pressure is on."
He said information from the public is crucial to the success of such operations, and urged anyone with to contact him on 08457 444888 or to pass information confidentially via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
