Surgery celebrates fundraising success

ST Katherine’s Surgery has raised more almost £1,500 for Kidney Research.

A team of fifteen staff and friends took part in the London Bridge Walk in July, walking seven miles across some of the most famous bridges on the River Thames.

Money was also raised during the surgery’s Summer Fair, bringing the grand total to £1,426.

Receptionist Sharon Hill is delighted with the results.

“This was the first time we have done something like this, and we will probably do something similar again next year,” she said. “We would like to thank family, friends and patients for their support.”
