  • "I WAS very much in favour of the London Olympics but am becoming more disheartened at the way they have been organised, the spiralling costs, the ticket fiasco etc etc

    But this really is the final straw, I understand this was the opportunity for the masses to get involved as the Olympic flame travels the length and breadth of the country. It's an absolute disgrace that no one from the town (with the exception of Mr Kaler), is having the honour of carrying the torch. I know of several well deserving individuals who were nominated but were declined. Shame on you Lord Coe"
