Charity ball proceeds donated to St Michael’s

THE mayor and mayoress of Ledbury, Allen and Judy Conway, recently held a charity ball in aid of St Michael’s Hospice at Homme House, Much Marcle, and raised more than £2,000.

The evening included a raffle, auction and entertainment from singer Steve Baker and guitarist Ray Mytton. Volunteer group the Hospice Angels supported the evening, organising the raffle and serving drinks.

Coun Conway said it was a fantastic evening and thanked everyone who attended or supported the event.
