FRESH from yet another Edinburgh Fringe run, plus touring Australia, New Zealand and the UK and recording Life: An Idiot’s Guide and What Does The K Stand For (BBC Radio 4), feel-good maestro Stephen K Amos is hitting the road.

Recognised for his warm-hearted wit and room-filling effervescence, Stephen is known for his charm.

But some may have noticed that behind that crisp and clean exterior dwells an altogether different animal.

He’s a deep-thinking, problem-spotting and question-asking sort of gentleman, and Mr Amos believes the time is nigh to invite the public to meet this inner friend of his.

So, is it no more Mr Nice Guy? No of course not. But Stephen’s got some questions and concerns is getting a little peeved that people in 2014 are still reluctant to talk about racial and sexual inequality – at dinner parties anyway.

Audiences can still expect the genial host of course, but with just the tiniest dash of subversion thrown in for good measure.

Just think of Mr Amos as that guest who asks the awkward, pin-drop moment questions at your dinner party. He just happens to be hosting it too – so dust off your jacket, pull up a pew and fill your glass with comedy cocktail.

Stephen K Amos will be coming to Redditch's Palace Theatre with his brand new show Welcome To My World, on November 28.
