DISTRICT council officials from Stratford are warning residents they will pursue non-payment of council tax which could resuklt in bankruptcy proceedings being commenced.
The council states it usually collects around 99 per cent of what is due and at the end of March 2015 had collected 98.61 per cent of council tax due for 2014/15.
However, despite this record, there are still some customers who do not pay. When this happens the council says it will take relevant recovery action.
