WEST Mercia Police's Horse Watch section has had a report of suspicious activity in the Wickhamford area.
A resident in Pitcher's Hill fears someone had tried to steal one of their horses.
Today, Friday, she said she was putting the horses out and noticed the head collar on one pony was unbuckled. She suspects whoever it was was unable to re-fasten the collar in the dark and left.
Horse Watch is asking people to be alert and report anything suspicious by ringing 101.
