THE CEO of Stobart Group has confirmed that the man believed to be wearing an offensive t-shirt in a Worcester pub is not employed by them.
Social media users had claimed that Paul Grange, who was allegedly the man pictured wearing an offensive t-shirt referencing Hillsborough, was employed by the haulage firm.
Hundreds of people tweeted the company calling for Grange, from Worcester, to be sacked.
The company launched an investigation but CEO Andrew Tinkler said it found he is not listed as an employee of Stobart Group or Eddie Stobart Ltd.

Grange has been charged with a Section 5 Public Order offence, relating to the display of threatening and abusive signs and writing, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
It comes after a photograph of a man sitting in the pub garden of the Brewers Arms in Comer Road, St John's, Worcester, sparked outrage worldwide after it was posted across social media sites on Sunday night.
