A PUB has launched its search to find a superstar mum as it prepares to re-launch.

The Norton Grange in Norton will be developing a grill and Sunday carvery menu over the next few weeks.

As part of it's relaunch to the public, managers Trevor and Helen Walter want to find the best mums in the area and give them VIP treatment for Mother's Day.

Mrs Walter said: "As a family pub with a friendly, home-from-home atmosphere, we know that we all think our mums are the best, but we’re looking for the mums that go the extra mile, the ones who deserve a real treat to reward their efforts.

“It could be that they spend time supporting a local group, such as a junior football team or reading to youngsters at playgroups, or that they give up their free time for charity work.

“We want friends, family and neighbours of those magnificent mums to put their names forward, so they can receive the recognition they deserve."

The pub will re-open its doors on Monday March 13 and the winning mum and three guests will be treated to a meal every week for a month and like a VIP on Mother's Day.

The pub will close on Monday February 27 for two weeks to prepare for its new menu.

Mr Walter added: "Going for a carvery is a great way to get the family together, while enjoying a delicious meal in our fabulous new restaurant, and the choice of roast meats and vegetables is a great way to get the family together on a Sunday, or join us in the week for our fantastic Grill Menu served all day every day."

To enter a mum for the competition, email the name of your nominee and the reason they deserve to win to entries@faithpr.co.uk by March 10th 2017.
