A DAZZLING display of cars and bikes will be delighting the crowds at a Chaddesley Corbett show while raising vital funds for prostate cancer charities.

The annual Chaddesley Corbett Classic Car and Bike Show will be held on Monday, August 27, with hundreds of cars expected to be displayed.

Enthusiasts can also enjoy live music, a barbecue and Bathams beers, outside bar including a Gin station and a coffee station.

A celebrity guest from the world of classic cars will be on hand to give out prizes for the most desirable cars and bikes.

There will also be a raffle with loads of great prizes available, tickets will be on sale before and during the event and will be drawn during the afternoon.

Proceeds from the event will go towards the Rory the Robot Appeal (via the Kidderminster and Worcestershire Prostate Cancer Support Group), which is raising £1 million towards the cost of a surgical robot for prostate cancer patients in Worcestershire.

Nicky Langford, Fundraiser for the Rory the Robot Appeal, said: “Last year’s event was extremely successful with over 1000 visitors to the event.

“We are absolutely delighted that the Chaddesley Corbett Classic Car Club have chosen Rory to benefit from the proceeds again this year.

“We are hoping the recent spell of good weather lasts - fingers crossed! It’s a fantastic family day out.”

The event, held at the rear of The Swan Inn, kicks off at 10.30 am. Entry costs are £10 per car and £5 per bike.

Entrance to the event is £2 for visitors (concessions available) and children are free.
