BARNARDS Green star Georgia Hennessy was the top run-scorer for the MCC in the inaugural under 19 women’s Arabian Cricket Challenge (ARCH) Trophy.

The Malvern 16-year-old was helped by scoring 108 not out in the first match against Durham at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The MCC were undefeated in four matches, culminating in a final victory over a strong Sussex side.

It was invaluable experience for Hennessy playing in her first foreign tour.
