Town too much for Reserves
UPTON Town hit back from behind to beat Barometrics Reserves 3-1 in Cheltenham Association League Division Two.
With seven players out, the hosts showed strong character after conceding inside five minutes due to slack marking.
Upton dominated for long periods with Luan Gashi and Mark Amott having good chances before Mark Watkins buried a fine volley from Tom Crump's accurate long pass.
Crump had the keeper scrambling with a 40-yard effort before Amott hit the post in the second period.
Upton keeper Chris Darby made a great save from a breakaway which spurred Town on with Gashi heading in a Kristian Richardson cross to put them ahead for the first time.
Richardson had the final say by tapping into an empty net after Amott's fine run.
