MALVERN amateur football was again hit by postponements with the wet weather ensuring no action for McDonald's Worcester and District League clubs.

Five successive weekends have been destroyed by the conditions as waterlogging has restricted access to pitches in both Malvern and Worcester.

The chances of matches being played do not look any better for this weekend following another wet week.

Malvern Hills and Malvern Town Reserves are due to contest a Division One derby tomorrow in Upton, while Powick have their rearranged Worcestershire FA Saturday Minor Cup quarter-final with Badsey United.

On Sunday, Malvern Radar, Inter Express, Malvern Victoria and Falcons are all scheduled to have home clashes.

The rearranged Worcestershire FA Sunday Minor Cup fourth-round tie between Malvern's Foresters Arms and Toby Jug Athletic has been provisionally set for this weekend.
