PAPERSTATION Malvern Table Tennis League Division One leaders CSSC Ramblers completed their fixtures with a 9-1 defeat of Ledbury Collection.

Superb maximums and the doubles from Chris Hewitt and Graham Thompson were ably supported by Alan Salisbury's two wins.

Harry Jutle replied with one success for Collection.

Meanwhile, Broadheath Belters can still take the league title if they win their games in hand.

Belters maintained their strong form with an 8-2 triumph over Pterodactyls Old Boys with maximums from Sasha Grokhotov and Dave Harvey.

Ben Bennett also contributed two victories, while Wayne Chopping replied with one and joined Dave White to defeat Grokhotov and Bennett in the doubles.

Manor Park Pumas eased their relegation fears with a 7-3 victory over Crackpots 'E'.

They won thanks to a maximum from Geoff Woodward supported by Jon Dyke and Dave Knowles with two wins each.

Matt Hodges was in fine form for Crackpots with two successes and teamed up with Dave Steen to take the doubles in straight sets against Woodward and Dyke.

Manor Park Express were unlucky to lose 6-4 against Ledbury Rovers, dropping four games in the fifth set.

Ady Marshall was unbeaten with a triple, while Jack Castle (2) and Bob Marshall earned Rovers’ other wins.

Pete Griffiths (2) and Dave Woodyatt responded for Express and also picked up the doubles against Ady Marshall and Castle.

In Division Two, Manor Park Rangers strengthened their bid for the runners-up position with a 6-4 victory against Upton Floods.

Richard Cullis was in superb form, taking his three singles and combining with Nick Haggar for the doubles.

Haggar and Ethan Webb won a game each to secure the victory.

Roger Davies and Howard Bentham claimed two games each for Upton in response.

Division Two champions Manor Park Travellers defeated YMCA Vulcans 7-3 with a maximum from Martin Snee, two wins from Toby Wren and one from Pete Stevens.

Snee and Wren also collected the doubles for Travellers.

Richard Bennett recorded a fine win over Wren, while Manuel Perel and Simon Harrison saw off Stevens in reply for Vulcans.

The Division Three title race will go to the final matches of the season after wins for the leading contenders.

Tornados triumphed 9-1 against Abbeydowne thanks to maximums from Dominic Weston and Webb supported by Andy Banks' two wins.

Niels Erikkson replied for Abbeydowne.

Crackpots 'D' were 6-4 winners against Manor Park Crackpots as Bob Rhodes secured another treble.

Two wins for James Palmer added to the success and he combined with Rhodes to take the doubles against Ed Palmer and Will Jones.

Jones (2), Ed Palmer and Dina Murdle replied for Crackpots.
