MALVERN prospect Carrick Hill has earned a new two-year contract with Premier League side West Bromwich Albion.
The 12-year-old has been with the Midland giants since the age of nine and plays at centre-half for the main academy first team in his age group.
Hill trains five days a week at The Hawthorns for a total of 15 hours practise time, which does not include his game on a Sunday.
He has been selected for the up-and-coming European tours for the Baggies in Bordeaux, France, and Porto, Portugal, which he is looking forward to.
The former Northleigh Primary School, Malvern, pupil has also just returned from a European tournament in Dublin where he was up against clubs such as Real Madrid, Celtic, Ajax and Arsenal.
