LEDBURY Town Reserves booked a place in their second quarter-final of the season.
They won 7-1 at Kingstone Harriers in the Herefordshire FA Burghill Cup second round.
Phil Preedy and Roly Welch’s team were largely dominant, only allowing a consolation strike on 15 minutes.
Captain Jamie Welch bagged a hat-trick and fellow forward Jamie Gladwin also netted.
Pat Locke headed in a corner from Gavin Hodgkins after two minutes but Kingstone levelled.
However, Ledbury restored their lead two minutes later with a header from Gladwin.
Welch added a third goal and Martin Loveridge pounced before Ledbury scored three more in the second period.
Hodgkins fired home and Welch produced a screamer out of nowhere on 54 minutes.
He completed his hat-trick after beating a defender in the box and finishing well.
Ledbury host St Johns Howle Hill in the Ross Cup quarter-finals on Saturday (2pm).
Ledbury Colts won 1-0 at Northwood Rangers in Herefordshire League Division Three with man-of-the-match Roy Powell scoring a 35-yarder.
They host Shobdon Reserves on Saturday (2.30pm).
