THE Worcestershire FA Sunday Minor Cup final was won by Fernhill Heath Athletic at Bromsgrove Sporting.

Athletic, who are competing in the McDonald’s Worcester and District League for the first time, beat Queens Head from the Kidderminster League 3-0 in the final.

Luke Molloy, Charlie Burton and George Coley scored the goals at the Victoria Ground.

Meanwhile, Falcons are the Worcester Sunday League Division One champions.

They clinched the title with a 2-0 win over Worcester City Wanderers through goals from Brad Morton and Matt Turner.

The battle for the runners-up spot saw Worcester Saints win 2-1 at nearest challengers The Bell @ Pensax.

Mike Hartshorne and Mike Jeffries were on target for Saints with Connor Grant replying.

Virgin Athletic are guaranteed fourth place after a 3-0 win at Claines with Nick Jones, Charlie Joyner and the impressive Mark Webb on the scoresheet.

Goals from Jon Speak and Liam Banks gave Hallow Village a 2-1 success at University of Worcester A.

The top-of-the-table clash in the Premier Division saw Nick Macpherson grab the only goal as Callow End beat leaders Arrow Upton.

If they win their two games in hand, Hallow can go top by one point.

Wes Joyce (2) and Ben Harbourne were on target as they defeated Perrywood 3-0.

A single strike from Sam Daffin gave Malvern Radar victory at Droitwich Spa Eagles.

After a 1-1 draw at Korono, Brickfields need just one more point to be crowned Division Three champions.

Joe Corbett was on target for Brickfields with Brad Smith netting for Korono.

FC Five Fathers are making a late bid for the runners-up spot after Allan Robinson scored twice in their 4-2 win over Droitwich Spa Eagles Reserves.

However, Fathers will have to rely on Perrywood Youth dropping points to progress any further.

But Wood showed no sign of that in their 4-3 home win over Colletts Green with Damien Hill scoring twice.

Hallow Reserves won 3-1 at New Inn Saints thanks to Charlie Cotterill, Ryan Mapp and Adam Marsh.

In Division Four, there was a brace each for Dave Perkins, who beat The Bell @ Pensax Reserves 4-3, and Darren Palmer as VBL Sports Reserves maintained their title challenge with a 4-1 victory over Riley’s.

The Division Five championship will definitely be decided on Sunday, May 22, when Warndon Villages meet Pershore Town Eagles.

Strikes from Connor Wise and Toby Attwood gave Warndon a nervous 2-1 win at Droitwich Spa Eagles A.

Pershore had a comfortable 4-1 victory at Eaton Rovers where Ed McIlvenny notched a double.

There were goals galore at Lower Teme and Martley, where visitors Blackpole Sports triumphed 7-5.

Kieron Bell cracked a treble and Ryan Collins a double for Blackpole.

Meanwhile, applications are invited from new teams to join the league next season.
