A DIDCOT Town player has been found guilty for the role he played during the abandoned Hereford game.

Sam Elkins has been handed a five game ban, while coach Sam Parish has been suspended for four matches.

Both were found guilty of improper and/or violent conduct.

The March 4 fixture was brought to a halt with three minutes remaining following crowd trouble.

The FA have confirmed neither club would face any further action after investigating the cirsumstances that led to the abandonment.

"The league has now received information from the FA on the other matters and will be shortly considering its decision relating to the match," said Southern League secretary Jason Mills.

"The Board’s decision will be published as soon as it is possible to do so."

Hereford had just gone 2-1 up when the match was abandoned.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Hereford manager Pete Beadle will sit out this Saturday's game against Wantage after being handed a one-game ban.

Beadle was sent from the technical area at Didcot.
