MALVERN Town’s 51-goal striker Dave Reynolds picked up three awards at the club’s awards night at the HDanywhere Community Stadium.

The annual event brought together the players and staff of Town’s first team, reserves and under 18s.

As well as being the top goal-scorer Reynolds was also players’ player and supporters’ player of the year.

Manager Les Jones’ player of the year was winger Lewis Platt.

Adam Stauntson claimed the vote for the young player.

Josh King was manager’s player and players’ player of 2016-17 for the reserves.

Jake Churchill scooped the breakthrough player vote while joint top scorers were Matt Turner and Sean Smith.

For the under 18s Matthew Brookes, Josh Breakwell and Max Bourne got the supporters’, manager’s and players’ vote respectively. They had joint top scorers too in Taine Lochhead and Eli Bray.

Town’s long-serving club secretary Marg Scott was presented with a bouquet in recognition of her great service.
