NINE riders took part in Malvern VC Sevale’s 10-mile cycling time trial on the Severn Stoke course.
Guest rider Jason Milner from Worcester St John's claimed first place with a time of 22 minutes 22 seconds.
Sevale’s Graham Browning maintained his fine form to finish second three seconds back with William Davies third in 22.35.
A Sevale team travelled to south Wales to compete on the fast Abergavenny-Raglan 10-mile time trial course.
Despite a tough headwind for the final stretch Jez Pile did a fixed wheel personal best of 21.4 for ninth place overall and second veteran.
Davies finally broke the 22-minute barrier with 21.54 for 20th and Mike Amery rode a strong 22.43 for 28th.
With a combined time of one hour five minutes 41 seconds it was also a new Sevale 10-mile team record.
