MALVERN Joggers’ members were among more than 500 runners in the Two Bays Tough Ten in Weston-super-Mare.

The 10-mile course uses sections of beach in Weston Bay and Sand Bay, closed tarmac road along the seafront and coast, sections of promenade, woodland trails within Worlebury Woods and the National Trust headland and trig point on Sand Point.

In parts it is flat and fast but in others there are challenging climbs and long downhill sections.

Nic Dauncey was first home for Joggers in 52nd place in one hour 14 minutes 38 seconds followed by John Bryan in 1.22.31, Andrew Brown in 1.30.28 and Ian Walwyn in 1.31.17.
