Ledbury Town warm up for new campaign
LEDBURY Town have been preparing for the new Herefordshire FA County League Premier Division campaign with a number of warm-up matches.
Last season’s top scorer Charlie Docherty struck twice in Town’s 3-2 win over Division One champions Kingstone Rovers.
Luke Cox scored the other for Ledbury.
But Town had to settle for a goalless draw against North Gloucestershire County League Division Two outfit English Bicknor in the Forest of Dean.
They also drew 1-1 at higher-graded Gloucestershire County League side Gala Wilton with Alex Kitch scoring.
