DEDICATED Jack French won the personal achievement in sports accolade at the Tryangle Awards at Worcester Rugby Club.

French has contributed heavily to Malvern Hills District Council’s Sport Inspired Volunteering Scheme.

Although working full-time, the Malvern man has committed more than 115 hours at after-school clubs and multi-sport holiday camps.

Councillor Barbara Williams, council portfolio holder for community and economic development, said: “Jack’s commitment to this programme has increased the quality of opportunity for all of the children who participate in Sport Inspired activities. He is a fantastic role model for young people.”
