UPTON host a learn to row course for adults ahead of the summer, starting next Tuesday.

The first stage runs in conjunction with British Rowing for four weeks into May at Upton Marina from 6pm and aims to give people a taste of the sport.

The next two sections will build on the knowledge and, by the end of September, those interested can be integrated into the club’s activities with recreational rows or competitive action.

Any youngsters over 12 can get involved with Upton’s junior programme.
