ALL football matches on Worcester City Council grounds this weekend have been called off due to weather-hit pitches.

The decision will affect teams playing in the Worcester and District Football League and Mercian Festival Junior League.

The following football matches tomorrow involving teams from Herefordshire and Worcestershire have already been postponed due to the weather:

Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division: Redditch United v Bideford.

Midland Alliance: Highgate United v Stourport Swifts.

West Midlands League Premier Division: Bewdley Town v Lye Town; Bromyard Town v Dudley Sports; Pegasus Juniors v Shawbury United.

Division Two: Bartestree v Penkridge Town; Mahal Reserves v Ledbury Town; Riverway v Hereford Lads Club.
