A MEETING of Hereford United’s creditors will take place at the Future Inns Hotel, Bond Street South, in Bristol on Monday, March 9 at 10am.
And a meeting of contributories will take place immediately afterwards.
People wanting to vote at the meeting of creditors must lodge their proof of debt and proxy form with the Official Receiver by noon on the last business day before the meeting.
People wishing to lodge a formal claim in the liquidation can download a proof of debt form via https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/proof-of-debt-insolvency-form-425
People must submit a proof of debt form and confirm whether they plan to attend by emailing: Bristol.or@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk
The Official Receiver does not need the directors to attend the meeting of the creditors and contributories.
A winding-up order was made against Hereford United Football Club (1939) Limited on December 19, 2014.
