WARNDON Villages are through to the semi-finals of the McDonald’s Worcester and District Football League’s Bernard Finnegan Cup after a comfortable 6-0 win against Malvern Vale.

Toby Attwood was their shooting star, netting five times.

In the semi-final, they will meet Fernhill Heath Athletic, who had a narrow 4-3 victory at CSKA Worcester.

Mike Cox (2), George Coley and Luke Molloy were on target for Heath, with Josh Homans, Jason Kennedy and Fabio Barretto replying for CSKA.

Prince of Wales are also through to the last four, Zak Jenkins cracking a treble and Ashley Banner a double as they beat Worcester Raiders Reserves 5-2.

In their semi-final they will meet either Pershore Town Eagles or VBL Sports Reserves.

There will be a repeat of last year’s Baylis Cup final when holders Hallow meet The Gloster Arms in one of this season’s semis.

Wes Joyce hit a hat-trick and Brad Birch added a brace as Hallow eased through 7-2 against University of Worcester B.

Goals from Jack Cuilty and Sean Smith gave The Gloster a 2-1 win over Northside.

In the other half of the draw, Arrow Upton reached the quarter-finals with a 3-2 success at Callow End.

Dane Aldington, Dan Colburn and Chris Doyle were on the scoresheet for Arrow Upton.

In the Katherine Rayer Cup, Simon Hill, Elliot King and Devon Smith all bagged braces as Claines crushed Worcester City Wanderers 6-2.

Elsewhere, Matt Turner notched a hat-trick for Falcons, who booked their semi-final spot with a 5-0 destruction of Droitwich Spa Eagles.

Their opponents will be Virgin Athletic, who beat University of Worcester A 4-2 thanks to strikes from Alex Hughes, Andy Larner, Ryan Smith and Nick Jones.

Drakes Broughton Rangers will meet Ale Madrid in the semi-finals of the Southam Trophy.

Ale Madrid beat Colwall Village 3-1, while goals from Joe Barrett, Gareth Hodgetts, Ben Ladds and Oliver Saunders gave Rangers a 4-1 victory over Perrywood Youth.

VBL Sports won their Kilbourne Kay Cup first-round tie 3-2 against New Inn Saints, with Martin Newman, Dan Rowberry and Owen Lane all on the scoresheet.

In the Phipps Cup, Lower Teme & Martley beat Riley’s 5-2, with Josh Cochrane grabbing a hat-trick for the villagers.

Meanwhile, Mike Fox scored twice as The Bell @ Pensax Reserves reached the semi-finals with a 7-3 demolition of Eaton Rovers.

There were goals galore at Oldbury Park Tigers in Division Five of the Sunday league where the home team triumphed 6-3 against Worcester Saints.

Jamie Norrey fired in a treble and Mitch Probert a double for Tigers.

Kieran Bell was another hat-trick man as Blackpole Sports defeated GDL Athletic 4-1.
