CLIFTON Rovers progressed in a dramatic Worcestershire FA Sunday Junior Cup tie 9-8 on penalties against fellow McDonald's Worcester and District League side Eaton.

The two sides had been locked at 2-2 in the first round clash.

Pershore Town Eagles hammered Offenham Rovers 6-0 with Seb Douglas firing a treble and Mitch Yardley a double.

Worcester Athletic crushed Chaddesley Corbett Reserves 5-1 with Dean Waldron and Adam Whitehead both netting twice.

In the Minor Cup, Express Falcons thrashed Lower Teme and Martley 9-3.

Josh Beckett hit a hat-trick with Mark Holbrow and Brad Morton both recording doubles.

Also through are AFC Mazak with Jack Martin grabbing a hat-trick and George Corbett a brace as they beat Powick 5-0.

The match of the day in Division One saw Prince of Wales replace Arrow at the head of the table with an emphatic 6-2 win over their title rivals.

Dan Parsons (2), Zak Jenkins, Chris Cornes, Paul Smith and Joey Edwards were on target for Prince with George Brand and Lee Seldon replying for Arrow.

In the Premier Division, Bryan Craven netted four times for The Gloster Arms who moved into second place behind Hallow, thumping Riverside 6-1.

Upton Snodsbury are third with Mark Haynes, Liam Ridings and Ryan Pugh on the scoresheet as they beat Northside 3-1.

Worcester City Wanderers won 3-1 at Northwick Saints in Division Three with goals from Steve Mason, Guy Davies and Matt McClatchy.

Spa Rovers are the new leaders of Division Four with Jordan Fox and Connor Grant both bagging a brace as they crushed Eaton Reserves 6-2.

Lower Teme and Martley Reserves dented Sebright Arms' title hopes with a 3-2 victory for their first success of the season as Tom Judge scored twice.

The Baylis Cup first round saw Hallow defeat Fernhill Heath Athletic 5-3 with Zaq Hussain bagging two for Hallow.

Also through are Claines who were 2-1 winners at The Bell with strikes from Graham Mann and Paul Bennett.

A single strike from Craig Johnson gave Hornets victory in their Southam Trophy first round tie at Droitwich Spa Eagles.

Steve Keay notched a double as Star and Garter reached the second round with a 3-0 win against St Johns Colts.

In the Bernard Finnigan Cup, Martin Fowler cracked a hat-trick for Perdiswell Colts who beat Malvern Radar Youth 4-1.

New Inn Sports (Malvern) are also through with Jordan Roan another hat-trick man in their narrow 4-3 win over Brewers Saints.
