Brad Morton converted two penalties for Falcons with Josh Beckett also on the scoresheet.
AFC Mazak are just one point behind after putting Droitwich Spa Eagles to flight 6-1.
Their shooting star was Jack Martin who found the net five times.
Perdiswell Colts hammered Brewers Saints 7-0 with goals from Martin Fowler (2), Owen Lane, Ollie Leach, Ben Price, Aron Davis and Rio Janic.
Reigning Premier Division champions Callow End flexed their muscles with a 3-0 win at The Gloster Arms whose title challenge would appear to be over.
Jon Mann, Adam Webb and Nick Macpherson were on target for Callow End who still boast a 100 per cent record.
Joe Bates netted five times for Perrywood who won 6-3 at FC Malvern with Jack Shemwell scoring twice for the hosts.
St Johns' Division One title hopes were dented by a 5-3 home reversal at the hands of Worcester Athletic.
In Division Two, goals from Ben Ledbury and Jason Bibby gave Colwall St James a 2-0 half-time lead at high-flying Malvern Vale.
However, Sean Smith netted twice after the interval to grab a point for Vale.
Alex McCathie notched a treble and Charlie Driscoll a double as Pershore Town Eagles crushed Warndon Villages 7-0.
A high-scoring match at Drakes Broughton Rangers Reserves saw Division Four leaders Spa Rovers 3-0 up at the interval with goals from Connor Grant (2) and Tom Gurney.
But they were hit for six in the second period as a Bill Hemming hat-trick and further strikes from Ben Ladds, Jay Kujeke and Jack Dowdeswell gave a final 6-3 scoreline.
Worcester Saints won 5-3 at Lower Teme and Martley Reserves.
Dylan Hart cracked a treble for the Saints with Nathan Grogan and Clayton Homer also on target.
Joe Grange netted twice for Lower Teme with Joe Reynolds their other scorer.
The league now has a festive break until January 7.
