BRANSFORD golfers are celebrating beating the total they raised last year for the Children in Need charity.

Following a Pudsey competition and raffle, the fundraising was concluded when the seniors competed in their delayed stableford.

This year’s total was £780, which was around £200 more than the previous year 2013.

The seniors’ Children In Need competition was won by Graham Wilks (17 handicap) in heavy conditions off the white tees.
