COMPETITORS from Malvern Joggers took part in the Rhayader Round the Lakes 20-mile road race.
Eight members ran in the 20-mile race and five in the five-mile event.
Conditions were windy for the longer race but Malvern put in some good performances, led home by Megan Judge in two hours 36 minutes 29 seconds, followed by Stuart Brown in 2.48.38 and Lenny Hughes in 2.53.54.
In the undulating five-mile race, Amanda Duncan led the joggers home in 41.14, followed by Lynda Broadway (44.05), Kay Parry (48.08), Annie Robson (54.47) and Mike Anstey 59.49.
Other times for the 20-mile race: Matthew Lancett (2.56.35), Lucy Poole (2.57.38), Bert Lacey (3.01.06), Neil Humpage (3.03.05), Ian Walwyn (3.07.53), Paul Webb (3.08.04), Julie Caseley (3.11.19), Mark Cooling (3.19.49).
