VC Sevale’s Jez Pile continued his winning ways in the Malvern cycle club’s latest time trial.
Held on the undulating 10-mile Chance Lane course Pile won in a quick 22 minutes 32 seconds.
In second place was Worcester St John's rider Simon Garrett 10 seconds back with Cheltenham’s J Gould in third with 22.54.
Running alongside the regular race Sevale club members could compete for the Burford Cup by completing the course on a standard road bike with no aerodynamic aids.
The first rider home was G Browning in 24.29 with W Davies second with 25.42.
M Collins completed the podium, stopping the clock at 26.30.
Sevale's next race takes place on Thursday next week on the 16-mile Castlemorton course.
Sign-on is from 6.30pm with the first rider off at 7pm.
