The Ross Road side narrowly lost 27-22 at Southam in Midlands Three West (South).
Ledbury are seventh in the 12-team table with Southam just behind after picking up their first league win of the season.
Tomorrow’s opponents Harborne are sixth in Midlands Three West (North).
