Nixon can't get over sexy status

Kimberley Nixon says she can't get over her sexy status.

The Fresh Meat and Cranford actress was last year officially declared Wales' sexiest woman.

But she said: "I'm a tomboy and quite clumsy so I'm more like the anti-sexy icon."

Kimberley, who was the only girl in a household of seven children, said: "Growing up we used to watch a lot of Indiana Jones and Star Wars, and wear hand-me-down jeans and jumpers. I wasn't really one for dresses".

One of Kimberley's first acting roles involved taking her clothes off in the movie Easy Virtue - but she was saved from embarrassment by her co-star Jessica Biel.

She recalled: "It felt so busy in there, it was like the catering department had come in to watch."

But when Jessica arrived, she said to her, "You did ask for a closed set?"

Kimberley recalled: "I said, 'What's that?' and she said, 'Oh honey!' and just walked off and got most of the people kicked out."
