Dave Waller explains the philosophy behind traditional family butchers DT Waller
AS Christmas is now upon us, we celebrate our 38th year in Ledbury and would like to thank you, our customers, for your loyalty over the years.
It was November 1977 when I returned to Ledbury and set up DT Waller, our family butchers shop.
Over the years, we have worked with our suppliers to bring you the quality and variety of meats you require, from season to season, year to year.
Our philosophy has always been to serve as we would wish to be served, while maintaining quality, choice and value.
We source meat from local farms, all reared outdoors, and dry hung, before being prepared professionally by our team.
To add to our range, we now have an exciting selection of 12 main meals on offer with eight side dishes too, all made in our kitchen, and ready for you to heat up and enjoy.
Also, now available, is a new line of dry-cured treacle bacon and dry-cured treacle bacon with Ledbury real ale, available in short back or middle, which have proved to be a hit.
We also have over 30 varieties of sausage from the traditional pork to the more exotic pork, chilli and spinach, as well as four gluten-free recipes to explore too.
