TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41230 BACK LANE (BISLEY WITH LYPIATT PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41230 Back Lane from its junction with Stroud Road to outside the property known as Beech Lodge for a distance of approximately 170 metres The reason for the closure is for the installation of electricity cable. The road is expected to be closed from 2nd September 2019 until 27th September 2019 or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE, ONE WAY RESTRICTION AND SPEED RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS (PITCHCOMBE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close the roads described in Schedule 1 below, temporarily impose one way restrictions along the road described in Schedule 2 below and temporarily impose a speed restriction along the roads described in Schedule 3 below.

The reason for the closure, one way restrictions and speed restriction is to undertake major junction improvement works.
The roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme commencing 2nd September 2019 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closure/restrictions taking effect. This order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 10th January 2020. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MMH/1 AND MWO/24 FOOTPATHS WITHIN MINCHINHAMPTON TOWN AND WOODCHESTER PARISH STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close
temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984
(as amended) parts of Public Footpaths MMH/1 and MWO/24 as detailed in the schedule below;
SCHEDULE
Public Footpath MMH/1 in the Town of Minchinhampton from its junction with Bath Road by Little Britain Farm running in a generally easterly direction, crossing into Woodchester Parish and continuing as Public Footpath MWO/24, for a distance of approximately 360 metres to a point where it meets Footpath MWO/23.
The closures are necessary on health and safety grounds during the construction of a water trunk main for Severn Trent.
The Footpaths are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing
2nd September 2019 where the presence of appropriate signage will indicate whether the
closure is in force, further, advance warning of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to
the closures taking place. This Order can permit the closure of the Footpaths in any order,
or simultaneously, as required and it is anticipated all works will be complete by
2nd February 2020. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply
to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.
Emergency and pedestrian access to adjoining premises is to be maintained.
There are no alternative routes but access gates will be provided either side of where the
works are taking place. Closures will be managed locally and paths will be kept open unless
works on site necessitate them being closed for a short period.
