NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT 1990 S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 of SCHEDULE 14 MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL
MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. BH600 (PART) BROADHEATH PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019
On 14th February 2020 Malvern Hills District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath No. BH600 in the Parish of Broadheath, running from point A (SO 82014 55454), at the junction of Bridleway No. BH592 and Bridleway No. BH593, running in an east -south-easterly direction for 46 metres to Point X, (SO 82058 55435), then continuing in a south-easterly direction for 160 metres to Point B (SO 82170 55323), to a line running from point C (SO 82173 55432) in a southerly direction for 109 metres to join Footpath No. BH600 at Point B (SO 82170 55323), as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order as confirmed may be seen free of charge at The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, WR14 3AF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Thursdays and between 9.00am and 4.00 pm on Fridays. Copies of the order and map may be obtained there. Copies are also available on the Council's website at

This order comes into force on the date on which Malvern Hills District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under s.287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
