PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (Footpath HY-551, Honeybourne)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017

The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to close Footpath HY-551, Honeybourne for the entire length.

The Order has being made to facilitate the removal of a rotten bridge.

There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a

period not exceeding 6 months or until the works

which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is

anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6months commencing on 14March 2017.

(C2202 Worcester Road, Pirton)(Temporary

Closure) Order 2017

The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2202 Worcester Road, Pirton, from its junction with C2056 Kerswell Green to its junction with C2202

Worcester Road to Hill Road in order to facilitate

carriageway re-surfacing works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2202 Worcester Road to Hill

Road, C2109 Pirton to Croome D'Abitot, C2056 High Green to Croome D'Abitot, C2056 High Green,

C2056 Kerswell Green to High Green vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period): Commencing: 13 March 2017.

(District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Albert Road, Evesham]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider

making an Order the effect of which will be to create

a disabled persons' parking place on the following

length and side of road in Evesham:-Albert Road (west side) from a point 36 metres south of its junction with Blind Lane for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction (across the frontage of No. 110).

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions

of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will

contain exemptions to allow parking/access for

certain purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4SB and County

Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during

normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 6 April 2017.
