Fox Hill House is situated on the elevated southern outskirts of Bromyard. This historical market town, in the north of the county and west of the City of Worcester, is surrounded by rich diverse countryside, with agriculture very much being at its historic heart.

Black and white architecture features in the centre of the town. With its array of individual shops and pubs, as well as The Conquest Theatre and series of popular annual festivals, it is a lively and thriving community.

The walled garden is attractive and very manageable. The terrace along the south side of the house overlooks the sloping, south facing lawns. Interspersed by deep borders, shrubs and trees, this is a suntrap with privacy and views.

There is parking in front and at the side of the garage, and further space for parking at the rear of the property.
