Winterbyre * This delightful “L” shaped property was originally a cattle barn dating from c.17th century and was converted about 17 years' ago.

* There are lovely original features throughout, including a stone wall which runs the length of the original building, believed to be late 17th century. There are later brick additions c.18th century and an array of exposed beams and trusses.

* An entrance hall leads to the welcoming, country-style kitchen/breakfast room, which is fitted with a range of solid oak cupboards offering plenty of storage, along with an integrated electric double-oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. There is direct access to the patio terrace and main garden.

Winterbyre ctd. * The utility room with WC leads off the entrance hall and has direct access to the enclosed rear courtyard area behind the barn. There is also a second reception room, currently used as a formal dining room, which is versatile space, this could be used as another bedroom, home office or children's TV room. The garage has a linking internal door from the hall.

* A very spacious sitting room with solid oak flooring, double aspect and French doors opening to the garden. This features a brick fireplace where there is scope to install a wood burning stove.

* The sitting room leads through to a corridor to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom (with bath and separate shower). There are two double rooms, both with fitted wardrobes/storage and the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

* There are lovely views over the garden from the kitchen, sitting room and bedrooms.

The Outside * The property, which sits in about 1/3rd acre plot, is approached via a shared access road leading to private parking for 2 vehicles at the side of the property, screened by an herbaceous front garden planted with a variety of mature shrubs.

* A beautifully landscaped garden lies to the rear of the property, where there is a pretty wildflower area, a well-maintained lawn is complemented by gravelled pathways and established shrubs, flowering plants and trees. In addition, there is a timber shed, which is ideal for storing gardening equipment.

The Outside ctd. * There is also a separate, securely enclosed courtyard garden, currently gravelled, with double gates leading off the communal garage area, which could easily offer additional parking, and a good timber “Tudor's” shed, a useful workshop.
