OVER the past six years, folk band the Roving Crows have steadily built their reputation on the folk scene.
Now the four-piece are set to bring their energetic live performance home to the Ledbury Market Theatre on Saturday, February 6, from 7.15pm.
Caitlin Barrett, fiddle player and singer with the band, is from Ledbury and said: "The band have been touring the UK and into Europe for the last six years and it is always a pleasure to play back home in the 'shire' - cannot wait for this one."
The Roving Crows, who have their roots in both Worcestershire and Herefordshire, have released three albums of their unique Celtic-inspired music.
The most recent album, Deliberate Distractions, was well received by critics with a four star review from the Financial Times and R2 Magazine.
Their show in Ledbury will be opened by folk artist, Mark Stevenson, and after a month's break the band is ready to deliver a great gig on home turf.
