UNIVERSITY Campus Suffolk has donated eighty Dell computers and monitors to the John Masefield High School in Ledbury.
The equipment was being replaced as part of the University’s regular PC update and the university's IT manager, who is a parent of one of the pupils, offered it to the high school.
A school spokesperson said: "The contribution will make a significant difference to the school, in particular to the subjects using ICT.
"The machines will be used to replace older machines, which in turn will save the school money, freeing up funds to enable us to invest in securing the best teachers and enhancing our facilities, such as our Arts faculty and enrichment programme."
