RAPPER Tinchy Stryder was one of the thousands to attend The 2018 Hereford Food Festival this weekend.

He entertained crowds on the main stage at the Racecourse venue to crown a cracking two days of culinary culture underneath clear blue skies.

Hereford's Nico Bishop was one of the many fans to grab a picture with Tinchy and talked over their Ghanaian roots over a glass of county cider.

French chef Jean-Christophe Novelli was another celebrity at the event to entertain the crowds with a series of cooking demonstrations on Saturday.

Organisers said more than 4,000 people attended the site on the first day - and there were hopes to match that figure today.

The festival aims to showcase the finest local and national food with vendors serving everything from Italian past to cream teas.

There was also a special focus placed on street food with visitors able to try out the products as suppliers cooked in front of the crowds.

And Nicola's School of Dance joined the Dolloway Dancers and school choirs in putting on the live entertainment before Tinchy Stryder brought the curtain down.
