Overflowing dog mess bin at Ledbury by Jacquie Rawle
Is this the worst overflowing dog mess bin you have ever seen?
You certainly can't imagine getting much more in there.
The sight has outraged mum-of-two Jacquie Rawle, who took this photo near Ledbury Primary School.
"It's absolutely disgusting," she said.
"It's been like it for over a week now. I've reported it to Herefordshire Council, but it shouldn't get to this stage."
Mrs Rawle said she is a dog owner herself, but does not use this bin.
