AN ELDERLY woman was taken to hospital, following reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car in Leominster.
The incident took place on South Street at around 9:30am this morning.
AN ambulance spokesman said: "We were called at 9:33 to reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, an elderly woman, who crews were told had not actually been in a collision with a car."
The woman, believed to be in her 80s, was treated for injuries which are not believed to be serious and was taken to Hereford County Hospital.
