TWO members of the Hereford Times Camera Club have photographed one of the county's more colourful birds.
The Kingfisher certainly stands out with its blue upperparts, orange underparts and a long bill.
And, as a big fan of fish, the bird is known to enjoy a dip on the River Wye.
Belinda Olsen was one of those lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time armed with a camera.
She said she had been "inspired to take a photo of a kingfisher" after one whizzed past her last year and all she saw was a blaze of blue light.
Fellow camera club member Andrew Wigmore also managed to focus in on the bird as it rested above the county's main waterway.
