BIRMINGHAM CIVIL SERVICE 25PTS, BROMYARD 0
BROMYARD travelled to Birmingham last Saturday and came up against an in form side with a formidable set of forwards who dominated the set pieces.
In all the visitors shipped five unconverted tries without reply and if the Civil Service's kicker had been more accurate the scoreline could have been worse.
Bromyard's skipper Nick Legge at number eight did his best to stem the tide at the base of the scrum and inside centre Robbie Symonds did well in difficult circumstances but they will need to improve their away form if they are to compete for league honours this year.
Bromyard are in league action again tomorrow (Saturday) and have a chance get back on track when they entertain Claverdon.
