THE smells and sounds of West Africa will fill the air at a Hereford cafe later this month.
The Ghanaian takeover is happening at the Babar Cafe on Union Street when Afrobeat straight from Accra will be the music of choice.
Guest chef Jambo will be serving up African street food including Chichinga – a type of kebab, jollof rice and fried plantain.
Visitors are, however, advised that meals will be ordered on a "first come first serve" basis and "when it’s gone it’s gone" so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Doors will open from 5pm on Saturday, May 25, and the music will play until late. Entry is free and all are welcome.
